Buying off-plan means buying a property before it is built based on the architectural plans, but in this instance also based on the innovative design of this already completed house by Euroland Crete Homes.

The main benefit of purchasing a house this way is cost effectiveness. Property investors over the years have taken advantage of these considerable savings and chose to buy property off-plan. The price of the house is secured at today’s values and is fixed throughout the construction period, with no other hidden costs or charges. In most cases, you buy at an under-market value. By the time the property is ready, the value of the new completed house has increased, thus making a significant return on your investment immediately.

Another significant benefit are favorable payment plans. You do not have to pay the entire purchase price of the property upfront. A deposit is required and then payments are made in stages, as construction work is completed.

Also, the client has the potential to have considerable input into the internal layout and finish of their chosen property. This means your new home is designed and constructed to your exact specifications and requirements.
