This private luxury rental has an elegant living area, stylishly furnished with two large leather sofas and a nesting coffee table, as well as a 65 “Samsung Smart TV, DVD player, and HD Satellite TV.
In addition, there is a fireplace, air conditioning, a wine cellar, and a guest toilet available.
The dining area is furnished with an elegant olive wood table and 12 dining chairs, illuminated by two custom-made ceiling lamps.
Villa Artemis is equipped with a stylish, modern kitchen with a built-in oven and smooth electric stovetop, a microwave, and a Whirlpool stainless steel 4-door refrigerator with icemaker, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, and a kettle.
Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV, a kitchen bar with 4 chairs, and a hanging wine glass rack.
Adjoining is a fully equipped kitchen extension with a Miele refrigerator and storage space.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with bedside cabinets, a dressing table and chair, and balcony windows with a sea view.
There is a large flat-screen TV, a wall-length wardrobe with a digital / card safe box, and a full en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
The second master bedroom has two beds joined as a king-size, bedside cabinets, a dressing table and chair, and balcony windows with a sea view. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower but no bathtub.
The third bedroom is similarly furnished except that its bathroom has a bathtub.
There are two more bedrooms with beds joined to form a king-size, and showers (no bathtubs) in the bathroom.
The final room has a single bed, a bedside cabinet, a sofa chair, and a wardrobe.
On the lower floor of the private villa, there is a laundry room with a separate washer and dryer and ample storage.
Adjacent to this is a Hamam steam room with a relaxation area, shower, and toilet.
The impeccable outdoor area is host to a heated infinity pool (seawater) with a beautiful sea view, a comfortable Jacuzzi area, and a waterfall jet.
The roofed terrace has a monastery-style table that can seat up to 20 guests.
There is a large indoor storage room with indoor showers and a toilet. A barbeque, wooden oven, wall fireplace, and worktop with sink are also available.
There are sun-loungers and an open-air shower with hot and cold water for bathers to enjoy.
A path with steps leads down to the walking road, from where visitors have private access to the beach.
The luxury holiday home offers parking for up to 5 cars and visitors will receive a welcome pack upon arrival.
