THE GROVE

For those looking for a mix of privacy and proximity to a city, Villa Grove is a perfect choice. Perched on a hilltop less than 15 minutes drive from the center of Chania in Crete, the villa is set amongst shrubland and enjoys views over the city and out to sea. Comprised of three separate units with eight double bedrooms in total, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 adults.

To keep guests of all ages entertained, one of the terraces also features a table football set, plus on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped gym and playroom.

Each of the units (the Royal unit on the top floor and the East and West Wings on the ground floor) have their own living and dining rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a terrace area, making it the ideal property for groups of families and friends traveling together.

The top floor hosts the main open-plan living and dining area, which boasts high ceilings and full-length sliding doors along each wall, allowing light and fresh air to flow through. The comfortable lounge area features a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with plenty of entertainment facilities including Netflix, games consoles, and an iPad. The adjoining modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities needed to cook up a gourmet feast.

On the ground floor, each wing has its own living and dining room leading out to a terrace area and a smaller yet still fully-equipped kitchen.

Located on the top floor, the master bedroom boasts a large en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and separate shower, as well as a spacious private terrace. The two other bedrooms on the top floor also feature en-suite facilities and share a terrace. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with shared bathrooms and terraces in each wing.
