The villa is situated on the peninsular of Chania in a beautiful area called Tersanas. Set in landscaped and walled gardens the villa is surrounded by flowers,bushes and grass lawn areas. The villa is at the top of a small cliff and has a private path leading down to the sea.
Nearby to the villa, there are many beautiful sandy beaches and quiet coves for you to discover. It takes two minutes by car from the small and quiet bay of Tersanas, six minutes from Kalathas beach and four minutes from Stavros beach.
The villa consists of six bedrooms,four having ensuite bathrooms, one gym with its own bathroom, one large kitchen and two living rooms.
Every room of the villa has a satellite TV and both living rooms have 3D televisions.
The main living room is equipped with a home cinema, sound system and a small refrigerator.
Outside, there is a shaded pavilion where you will enjoy eating and drinking during the day and a barbeque in case you want to prepare an easy meal.
The villa has parking for up to 6 cars and has free Wireless satellite Internet.
The villa includes central heating for those who prefer it instead of the air conditioning, thus making an ideal place to stay even during winter.
Tersanas boasts amazing sunset views across the bay of Chania and the Aegean sea with numerous quiet, ‘blue flag awarded’ golden sandy beaches nearby. The beautiful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are a few minutes away from the villa and all have lovely fish restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbour where the Oscar winning ‘Zorba the Greek’ movie was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range which runs along the length of the peninsular. There are plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine as well as places for horse riding, sailing and scuba diving nearby.
