Welcome to our luxurious villa Thyrsus with stunning views of both mountains and sea. Featuring 350 m2 of indoor living space spread across three floors, this villa has five en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests .
With 2 heated swimming pools, jacuzzi, firepit and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, it makes an ideal choice to stay for families and friends.
As soon as you enter the villa, you’ll be struck by the spectacular sea views visible from every room. Set in over 2,000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped exterior terraces and gardens, the villa provides the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The heated infinity swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing swim while taking in the stunning views.
This villa offers a perfect blend of modern design and natural Cretan terrain, with the use of onyx, luxurious gold details, natural stone, iroko decking, and bespoke furniture throughout the house. Luxury lighting adds to the overall ambience of the villa.
The villa features a cinema room with a smart TV of 65 inches and a Playstation 5. The living room also features a smart TV of 55 inches. A fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances provides the perfect space to cook and dine with friends and family.
Each of the five bedrooms features large terrace doors with excellent views, large balonies and private bathrooms. In two of the bedrooms, there is an option to have either a double or 2 single beds, making it ideal for families with children.
The outdoor multi-purpose spaces include over six seating areas and an outdoor sitting area with a gas firepit suitable for accommodating more than 12 people.
The villa also features a stunning Italian Jacuzzi and a heated Infinity Jacuzzi/Kids pool, adding to the overall luxury experience.
For those who need to stay connected during their stay, the villa also features an office desk located in the cinema room.
Located in a quiet area just 20 minutes from Chania, the villa is easily accessible via a private road and offers parking space for at least seven cars. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing family vacation or a luxurious retreat with friends, this villa is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

Villa Thyrsus is only 5 minutes away from Kokkino Horio and the village of Plaka with tavernas and mini-markets. Ideally located between the historic Venetian cities of Chania and Rethymnon it is only 45 minutes from Chania airport.
There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area.
The ‘Secret Beach’ is a small secluded beach 800 meters from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach and is abundant with seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous, including, diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.
The villa is perfectly situated between the city of Chania and the large town of Rethymnon and both offer historic charm and are beautiful to visit.
We highly recommend a day trip to the world famous beaches and lagoons of Balos and Elafonisi. An hour and a half away, these spectacular areas are recognized as being amongst the top beaches in the world with truly amazing and unique landscapes.
