On this level, you will also find a hidden storage area room with an extra toilet.

From the Ground Floor, you enter the Outdoor Area with a 17-meter infinity pool, a private partly roofed terrace with a seating area, a pool deck with sun lounges and a space relaxing in shade, a BBQ withs tone oven, and a table, with comfortable cushions is available to sit as well
