Marediana is a small, peaceful village set in the hills above Kissamos, surrounded by olive groves and traditional homes. Kastelli is only about ten minutes away by car, where you can find all kinds of amenities such as supermarkets, taverns, cafés, pharmacies and shops. The nearest beach is also about ten minutes from the village, with Kissamos Bay, Falassarna and Nopigia close by.
