The villa offers 280 sqm of refined living space, accommodating up to 10 guests in complete comfort. There are 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms: 4 with exceptional sea views and 1 with breathtaking views of the White Mountains. Three bedrooms feature double beds, while two include twin beds, making the villa ideal for families or groups. Three bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms (with shower, toilet, and sink), one has an en-suite with bathtub and sink, while the fifth bedroom is conveniently located next to a standalone bathroom with shower, bath, and toilet.

The remaining 60% balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the check-in at the villa.
A security damage deposit of 1000 EUR is required and paid with the balance payment amount.
Villa rental payments are non-refundable.

Tersanas boasts amazing sunset views across the bay of Chania and the Aegean sea with numerous quiet, ‘blue flag awarded’ golden sandy beaches nearby. The beautiful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are a few minutes away from the villa and all have lovely fish restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbour where the Oscar winning ‘Zorba the Greek’ movie was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range which runs along the length of the peninsular. There are plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine as well as places for horse riding, sailing and scuba diving nearby.
